Emotional Steadiness: You can experience feelings without being overwhelmed by them. Anger, fear, or sadness may arise, but they don’t control you.
Compassionate Presence: A serene heart allows you to meet others with patience, kindness, and grace rather than reacting impulsively.
Spiritual Alignment: Serenity often comes from trust, whether in God, the universe or your inner wisdom, that you’re being guided and supported.
Acceptance: Instead of resisting or clinging, you can accept life as it unfolds while remaining grounded in love.

Meet Lisa

Lisa is the coach and founder of Heart of Serenity, where she guides sensitive and soulful seekers into peace, wholeness, and authentic alignment. As a Transpersonal Coach, she integrates the spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical dimensions of growth - creating space for true healing and transformation.
As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) herself, Lisa knows what it means to feel deeply attuned to emotions and environments. She has learned to embrace this sensitivity as a gift, one that allows her to support others in uncovering resilience, clarity, and self-trust on their own journeys.


Who Works With Lisa
High Sensory Processing Sensitivity (SPS) or being a Highly Sensitive Person
(HSP) is a personality trait that encompasses four main characteristics
represented by the acronym "DOES":
D – Depth of Processing
HSPs reflect deeply on experiences, often considering every angle and how their choices may affect others.
O – Overstimulation
With heightened sensitivity to sensory input (like noise, light, crowds, or smells), HSPs can feel overstimulated more quickly.
E – Emotional Reactivity & Empathy
Emotions run deep for HSPs, giving them profound empathy and attunement to the moods and needs of those around them.
S – Sensing the Subtle
HSPs notice fine details and subtle shifts in their environment that others may overlook.
